Who doesn't like drinking Pimms? the all time favourite summer drink. So my idea for a seriously fruity dessert is a shortcrust pastry tart with strawberries or perhaps a fruit mixture set in pimms jelly. Topped with cream this would be divine. Or for something a litlle lighter- fruit set in pimms jelly with a delicious light cream topping add a mint leaf on top and served in small plastic pots (as are the chocolate pots) you are recreating the drnk in a new exciting way.
What makes it the ultimate summer Seriously From Waitrose dessert?
Re-creating everyones favourite summer tipple in the form of a 'Seriously from Waitrose dessert' would not only evoke memories of summer but would be a delicious, light and mouthwatering addition to the range - I would most definately buy it! I would serve it at summer parties with a glass of Pimms, or maybe just sneak it in the house and all it all myself.
