    Seriously Fruity Blueberry Crunchy Creams

    A biscuit base with creamy panacotta followed by a blueberry reduction and fresh blueberries on top.

    What makes it the ultimate summer Seriously From Waitrose dessert?

    Rich with cream and blueberry flavours, a hint of ginger makes it a little bit more sophisticated and a feeling of 'more please'!

    Ingredients

    • Base - digestive or ginger biscuits, butter, syrup or ginger syrup.
      Panacotta - Double cream, gelatine, caster sugar, Greek yogurt, vanilla Extract Intense.
      Blueberries, caster sugar

    Method

    1. Base - digestive or ginger biscuits crushed mixed with melted butter and syrup or syrup from caramelised ginger with small ginger pieces added to the base. Panacotta - Double cream and caster sugar warmed. Add gelantine to cream Mix yogurt and vanilla together then pour in the gelatine cream mixture. Whisk allow to cool and then cover and chill for at least 4 hours until set. Blueberries heated with caster sugar, sieved. Top with blueberries.
