Seriously Fruity English Plum and Amarretto Tarte Tatin

Caramelized English summer plums doused in Amaretto on a buttery puff pastry base.

It's seasonal, English, summery, deliciously fruity, gorgeously sticky and ultimatly indulgent!


  • Victoria plums (or similar)
    Golden caster sugar
    Flaked almonds
    Puff Pastry


  1. Halve and stone the plums Splash with Amaretto and set aside Melt butter and sugar together and caramelize until light brown Stir in the plums and allow to cool slightly Cover pan with circle of pastry and bake in the oven until golden Turn out upside-down onto a plate
