    Seriously Fruity Summer Bliss

The pastry base of this Summer Bliss tart should not be too thick but at the same time of a considerable thickness so that it holds the toppings well without going soggy as does cheesecake when it defrosts and sits overnight. This desert will be a twist between cheesecake and fruit tarts. The base will consist of a pastry base then ontop will be a N.Y cheesecake filling wth a thin layer of strawberry jelly ontop and to finish, a selection of summer fruits.

What makes it the ultimate summer Seriously From Waitrose dessert?

This desert is like no another. With the recipes used, it is the desert with summer written all over it. The flavours are fresh and fruity, just the way summer should taste if it could be described in terms of food.
