    Seriously Fruity Tarte Tatin

It is a luxurious french tart, that sisters Tatin made by mistake. The pastery is on the top and below it the fruits (usually apple, but can be made with abricots or peaches) caramelized. It is a gorgeouse desert light so fit for all occasion (diner, party, picnic...). If we want to make it more creamy, serve it with a nice vanilla ice cream.

What makes it the ultimate summer Seriously From Waitrose dessert?

Because it's frutty, you can use the fruit of the season specialy abricots and peaches. It a very chic desert, it looks amazing and smell incredibly. So you have pleasure even before the first try !. Can be eaten cold or hot.
