Seriously Nutty Maple and pecan pie

A pie crust filled with a yummy maple syrup filling topped with seriously nutty pecans.

What makes it the ultimate summer Seriously From Waitrose dessert?

It combines sweetness and nuttiness to make it mouthwateringly delicious.


  • Shortcrust pastry pie crust
    50g caster sugar
    25g butter
    1 egg
    1 slice white bread - gratered
    125ml maple syrup
    1/4 tspn vanilla
    60g chopped toasted pecans


  1. Bake the pastry case blind. mix the other ingredients together except the pecans, pour into the pastry case and bake for 30mins at Reg 5 /375/190. Sprinkle the pecans on top and put back in the oven for a further 10 mins.
