  • make a sweet pastry case with butter, flour, egg and sugar.


  1. filling, melt 180grams golden caster sugar in a pan over a moderate heat, stir until it goes a dark golden brown and is all melted.cool sugar syrup slightly then heat 8 fluid ounces double cream and pour onto the caramel.gently and slowly. Add 240 grams chopped wallnuts. pour into case and Bake 30mins at 375F
