    seriously indulgent but very popular with friends and family who never guess it is condensed milk! Ginger biscuit flan case with lemon mouse filling, can be large or individual.

    What makes it the ultimate summer Seriously From Waitrose dessert?

    Rich, tasty personally I prefer fruity and leaving a clean taste in mouth


    • !/2 lb crushed ginger biiscuits mixed with melted butter to bind and make flan case. Allow to set.
      Mix grated rind of 3 lemons and 7 fluid ozs lemon juice with a tin oif condensed milk (not smallest size). Beat until thick. Add 1/2 pt whipped whipping cream mix well, add to flan and allow to set. It is that easy.
