This is perfect for making the most of the seasonal mushrooms that are on sale this month.

    Ingredients

    • Soignon Spreadable Goat's Cheese

    • Butter
    • Chopped fresh sage

    • 2 thick slices of toasted Duchy Sunflower & Honey Organic Bread

    Method

    1. Sauté a 125g pack of mixed girolles and trompettes in butter over a medium heat until caramelised. Just before taking them off the heat, add some chopped fresh sage and season with sea salt and freshly ground pepper.
    2. Serve hot on 2 thick slices of toasted Duchy Sunflower & Honey Organic Bread (£1.35/400g), which you've first slathered with Soignon Spreadable Goat's Cheese (£1.59/150g).
