Skinny Italian chocolate shake

400ml almond milk
75g dried pitted dates
2 tbsp cocoa powder
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tbsp clear honey
8 ice cubes
10g dark chocolate, grated, to serve
1. Place 4 x 200ml glasses in the fridge to chill. Empty the almond milk, dates, cocoa powder, cinnamon, honey and ice into a blender and whizz thoroughly to a thick pouring consistency.
2. Pour into the chilled glasses and serve immediately, garnished with a scattering of grated dark chocolate.
