Smoked mackerel with horseradish tagliatelle

500g pack fresh essential Waitrose Tagliatelle
260g pack essential Waitrose Spinach
250g pack essential Waitrose Mascarpone
100ml essential Waitrose Semi Skimmed Milk
2 tbsp essential Waitrose Creamed Horseradish Sauce
1 pack essential Waitrose Smoked Mackerel Fillets, boned & skinned, 280g
1. Cook the tagliatelle in boiling water for 4 minutes, add the spinach and cook until wilted, drain.
2. Add the mascarpone, milk and horseradish sauce to another pan and bring to the boil. Break the mackerel into pieces and add to the pan, toss in the pasta and spinach then serve.
