    Smoked Salmon with Horseradish Sauce Sandwiches

    • Preparation time: 10 minutes
    • Total time: 10 minutes 10 minutes

    Makes: 6 rounds of sandwiches

    Ingredients

    • 12 slices wholemeal bread
    • Softened butter
    • 200g sliced smoked salmon
    • Freshly ground black pepper
    • 1 tbsp horseradish sauce

    Method

    1. Lightly butter the bread. Cover six slices with the smoked salmon, season with black pepper and spread a little horseradish over the fish. Cover with remaining bread. Slice off the crusts before cutting to shape.
