    Soda Farl Melts

    Serves: 2

    Ingredients

    • 2 Rankin Selection Soda Farls
    • Ballymaloe Country Relish
    • 150g of Irish Carrigaline cheese

    Method

    1. Halve 2 Rankin Selection Soda Farls and thinly spread each side with Ballymaloe Country Relish. Thinly slice 150g of Irish Carrigaline cheese and lay over the relish-covered bread. Place under a preheated medium grill for 3-4 minutes or until the cheese is golden brown and bubbling.
