    Spiced Lamb Chops

    Serves: 4


    • 4 Dorset lamb loin chops
    • The marinade
    • ½ tsp ground cumin
    • ½ tsp ground coriander
    • 1 tsp ground ginger
    • 1 small red chilli, deseeded and finely chopped
    • 1 pack fresh coriander, finely chopped
    • ½ onion, peeled and finely chopped
    • Juice of 1 lemon


    1. Mix all the marinade ingredients together and spoon over the chops. Cover and marinate for 2 hours or ideally overnight in a refrigerator.
    2. Place the chops under a preheated grill or fry in a pan for 4-5 minutes each side or until browned and thoroughly cooked.
    3. Remove from the pan or grill and serve with a spoonful of Greek yogurt, vegetables and freshly mashed potato.
