    Spiced Peanuts

    Serves: Serves: 6-8 with drinks


    • 1 tbsp sunflower oil
    • 200g roasted peanuts
    • 2 tsp garam masala powder blend
    • 1/2 lemon, juiced


    1. Heat 1 tbsp of sunflower oil in a frying pan, add 200g roasted peanuts, shelled, and stir until light brown. Stir in 2 tsp Barts Garam Masala Powder Blend or medium curry powder until well coated.
    2. Pour over the juice of half a lemon, season, stir well and remove from the heat. Leave to cool and serve warm or cold.
