    Spiced Sausage Cassoulet

    Waitrose fresh sauces can be found in the chiller cabinet, next to the fresh pasta and the garlic bread. Simply toss the sauces with pasta or try one of these quick after-work recipes for a tasty meal

    Serves: 4

    Ingredients

    • Olive oil
    • Fresh parsley
    • Fresh breadcrumbs
    • A tub of Waitrose Fresh Napoletana Sauce
    • Cannellini beans
    • 300ml chicken stock
    • A pack of Waitrose Spiced Pork Sausages

    Method

    1. Preheat the oven to 200°C, gas mark 6. Fry a pack of Waitrose Spiced Pork Sausages in a little olive oil until they are lightly browned.
    2. Add 300ml chicken stock made from a cube and a can of drained cannellini beans. Bring to the boil and simmer for 10 minutes. Stir a tub of Waitrose Fresh Napoletana Sauce into the sausage pan and then transfer everything to an ovenproof dish.
    3. Scatter on some fresh breadcrumbs, mixed with a little chopped fresh parsley, olive oil and seasoning. Bake the casserole in the oven for 15 minutes until the top is crispy and golden.
