Spicy mackerel & beetroot salad

125g can essential Waitrose Mackerel Fillets in Spicy Tomato Sauce
2 tsp essential Waitrose Red Wine Vinegar
5 essential Waitrose Pitted Black Olives, sliced
1 essential Waitrose Little Gem Lettuce, leaves separated and washed
½ x 300g tub essential Waitrose Potato Salad
100g cooked beetroot, cut into wedges
1. Mix the mackerel with the sauce, vinegar and
2. Place the lettuce leaves on a plate, top with the potato salad and beetroot, then spoon over the mackerel and sauce mixture.
