Spicy ras el hanout mixed nuts

150g macadamia nuts
150g whole almonds
50g pistachio nuts
2 tbsp pomegranate molasses
2 tsp Cooks’ Ingredients Ras El Hanout seasoning
1 tbsp olive oil
½ tsp chilli flakes
1. Preheat the oven to 200°C, gas mark 6.
2. Place all the nuts on a large baking tray. In a bowl, mix together the molasses, ras el hanout seasoning, oil, chilli flakes and some seasoning, and heat in the microwave on high for 30 seconds. Drizzle over the nuts and toss well to evenly coat.
3. Place in the oven and roast for 7-8 minutes, turning once. Stir occasionally as they cool to stop them from sticking together.
Great for serving with drinks. These can be made the day before and will keep in an airtight container for 2-3 days.
