    Spicy bacon and pepper tagliatelle

    2 tbsp essential Waitrose vegetable oil
    200g pack essential Waitrose British bacon
    10 thin smoked back rashers, diced
    3 essential Waitrose peppers, sliced
    1 tsp mild chilli powder
    25g pack fresh parsley, chopped
    300g essential Waitrose tagliatelle


    1. Heat the oil in a large frying pan and fry the bacon for 3-4 minutes.

    2. Add the peppers and chilli and fry for 3-4 minutes; stir in the parsley.

    3. Meanwhile, cook the tagliatelle in boiling water for 10 minutes or until tender. Drain, return to the pan and toss in the bacon mixture.
