    Spicy chicken tacos

    Spice up your plate with Old El Paso dinner kits. These handy packs contain all you need to create authentic, fuss-free Mexican food in a flash, and are great fun to eat too. These sizzling suppers are on the table in less than 30 minutes

    • Preparation time: 5 minutes to 10 minutes
    • Cooking time: 5 minutes to 10 minutes
    • Total time: 10 minutes to 20 minutes 20 minutes

    Serves: 3 - 4

    Ingredients

    • 1 Old El Paso Stand 'n' Stuff Taco Kit
    • 4 essential Waitrose chicken breast fillets
    • ½ essential Waitrose iceberg lettuce, shredded
    • 3 Avocadoes, peeled and sliced

    Method

    1. Preheat oven to 180°C gas mark 4. heat the taco shells from a 322g pack of Old El Paso Stand 'n' Stuff Taco Kit according to pack instructions.
    2. Cut the chicken into strips and fry for 5-6 minutes. Sprinkle with Taco Spice Mix and cook for a further 2-3minutes, until the chicken is thoroughly cooked, with no pink meat.
    3. Fill the taco shells with the lettuce, avocado and the spiced chicken. Top with the Taco Chunky Salsa.
