Spring greens stir-fry

200g essential Waitrose Easy Cook Long Grain Rice
500g pack essential Waitrose Spring Greens, shredded
1 tbsp essential Waitrose Vegetable Oil
1 essential Waitrose Red Pepper, sliced
400g can essential Waitrose Lentils, drained
3 tbsp soy sauce
1. Cook the rice in boiling water for 12 - 15 minutes until tender, then drain.
2. Meanwhile, boil the greens in a large saucepan for 4 - 5 minutes, then drain well.
3. Heat the oil in a large frying pan and fry the pepper for 3 - 4 minutes; add the lentils and spring greens. Stir in the rice and soy sauce, then serve.
