    Steak, mash and peppercorn sauce

    Quick cook dinner for two.

    Serves: 2

    Ingredients

    • 2 x Aberdeen Angus Rump Steak
    • 450g mashed potato
    • 300g Peppercorn sauce

    Method

    1. Fry the beef steaks for 2–3 minutes on each side for rare, 4–5 minutes each side for medium and 5–6 minutes each side for well done.
    2. Serve with the mashed potato and peppercorn sauce, both cooked according to instructions.
