    Steak and Chips

    • 1tsp Cooks' Ingredients Sweet Chilli Sauce
    • 300g frozen essential Waitrose Straight Cut Oven Chips
    • 2 essential Waitrose tomatoes, halved
    • 3 tbsp olive oil
    • 500g essential Waitrose British rump steak, trimmed and halved
    • 1 ½ tbsp essential Waitrose Reduced Calorie Mayonnaise
    • 1tbsp wholegrain mustard


    1. Preheat oven to 230°C, gas mark 8. Bake the oven chips according to pack instructions.
    2. Meanwhile, mix the mayo with the mustard and chilli sauce and set aside.
    3. Place the tomatoes on a small baking tray, drizzle with 1 tbsp olive oil and bake for 10 minutes.
    4. Meanwhile, heat a griddle pan and brush the steaks with a little oil. Grill for 3–5 minutes on each side, depending on how you like it. Transfer to a plate to rest. Serve with the tomatoes, chips and mayo.
