    Sticky lamb ribs

    This marinade makes essential Waitrose Lamb Ribs, so succulent and tasty. Find them in the chiller.

    • Preparation time: 1 to 2 hours marinating time
    • Cooking time: 60 minutes

    Serves: 3


    • 500g essential Waitrose Lamb Ribs
    • 1½ tsp Cumin seeds
    • 2 tbsp Cumin seeds
    • 3 tbsp Soy sauce
    • 175ml Cloudy lemonade


    1. Place about 500g lamb ribs in a shallow baking tray. Mix with the cumin seeds, mint sauce, soy sauce and cloudy lemonade.
    2. Cover with foil and marinate in the fridge for 1-2 hours. Preheat oven to 180°C, gas mark 4 and cook the ribs in the covered baking tray for 1 hour.
    3. Finish on the barbie for 5 minutes on each side, basting often
