    Sticky soy chicken with broccoli

    Serves: 4


    • 800g Chicken thighs
    • 1 Garlic clove, crushed
    • 3 tbsp Soy sauce
    • 3 tbsp Honey
    • 1 Lime, finely grated zest and juice of
    • 2 tbsp Sunflower oil
    • 200g Tenderstem or belvedere broccoli spears, sliced


    1. Preheat the oven to 220˚C/gas 7. Trim any excess fat and skin from the chicken.
    2. Combine the garlic, soy sauce, honey, lime zest and juice, and the sunflower oil.
    3. Mix the chicken thighs and broccoli in a large ovenproof baking dish and pour the soy mixture over to coat.
    4. Roast for 25 minutes, stirring halfway through.
