    • 4 passion fruit, halved
    • 30ml vodka
    • 15ml peach and passionfruit syrup
    • 1 tsp vanilla sugar


    1. Halve the passion fruit, and scoop out the pulp from all but one half; strain out the seeds.
    2. Pour 30ml juice into a cocktail shaker with the other ingredients and a handful of ice. Shake with the lid on for 30 seconds.
    3. Strain into a glass and garnish with the remaining passion fruit half.
