Stir-Fried Sprouts with Chestnuts (for 2)

Ingredients

150g Brussels sprouts

1 tbsp sunflower oil

1 tbsp water or stock

60g Merchant Gourmet whole chestnuts
Method

Trim the sprouts and cut in half. Heat the oil in a large wok or pan. Stir fry the sprouts for 1-2 minutes.

Add the water or stock and continue cooking for 2 minutes. Halve the chestnuts and add to the pan and cook for another 2-3 minutes or until the sprouts are just tender but still bright green and crunchy. Season well to taste.
