Strawberry & mascarpone buttery buns

400g pack essential Waitrose Strawberries, hulled
250g tub mascarpone
1 tbsp sesame seeds, toasted
100g golden caster sugar
4 Waitrose Rich & Buttery Burger Buns, halved and toasted
1. Finely chop 150g of the strawberries and mix into the mascarpone. Halve the remaining strawberries.
2. Place the sesame seeds, sugar and 100ml water in a small saucepan, bring to the boil and cook for 4 minutes until golden and syrupy.
3. Spoon a dollop of the mascarpone onto each toasted bun half, top with the remaining strawberries and drizzle with the sesame caramel sauce.
