    Strawberry Cups

    • Vegetarian

    Serves: 6

    Ingredients

    • 142ml pot Waitrose Double Cream
    • 200g tub Total Greek Yogurt
    • 2 tbsp brandy
    • 1 tbsp icing sugar
    • 400g Waitrose English strawberries
    • 6 brandy snap baskets or meringue nests.

    Method

    1. Whisk a 142ml pot Waitrose Double Cream until it just holds peaks. Whisk in a 200g tub Total Greek Yogurt with 2tbsp brandy and 1tbsp icing sugar. Chill. Wash, hull and slice 400g Waitrose English Strawberries.
    2. Just before serving divide the cream mixture between 6 brandy snap baskets or meringue nests. Top each with a mound of strawberries. Serve dusted with icing sugar.
