    Strawberry Jellies

    Serves: 4

    Ingredients

    • 135g Rowntree's Strawberry Jelly
    • 200ml boiling water
    • 500ml Ocean Spray Cranberry and Raspberry Juice
    • 450g strawberries

    Method

    1. Break a 135g Rowntree's Strawberry Jelly into cubes in a measuring jug. Add 200ml boiling water and stir to dissolve the cubes. Top up to 500ml with Ocean Spray Cranberry and Raspberry Juice. Leave to cool.
    2. Hull and slice 450g strawberries and divide between 4 small pots or ramekins. Pour over the jelly and chill until set, for about 3 hours. Dip each dish briefly in hot water, then turn out onto plates.
