Summer spaghetti Bolognese

Serves: 4
400g pack essential Waitrose British Beef Lean Mince (typically 5% fat)
1 onion, chopped
1 courgette, diced
500g pack plum tomatoes, chopped
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 Oxo cube
300g Love Life Wholewheat Spaghetti
25g pack parsley, chopped
1. Fry the mince and onion in a large saucepan for 2 minutes to brown. Add the courgette, tomatoes, Worcestershire sauce and crumble in the Oxo cube with 100ml water. Cover and simmer for 15 minutes. Remove the lid and cook for a further 5 minutes.
2. Meanwhile, cook the spaghetti in boiling water for 10 minutes until tender, drain and toss into the Bolognese sauce with the parsley, season to taste.
