    Summer Platter with Smoked Garlic Mayonnaise

    Perfect for picnics.

    Serves: 4

    Ingredients

    • 2 cloves of smoked garlic
    • 1 pinch salt
    • 6 tbsp Simply Delicious Organic Mayonnaise
    • Light cooked whole french beans
    • Cold, shelled hard-boiled eggs
    • Radishes
    • Vine tomatoes
    • Gem Lettuces
    • Roasted red peppers

    Method

    1. Crush 2 cloves of smoked garlic and put in a bowl with a little salt. Stir in 6 tbsp Simply Delicious Organic Mayonnaise.
    2. Spoon into a bowl and set on a platter, surrounded by lightly cooked whole French beans, cold, shelled hard-boiled eggs, radishes, vine tomatoes, quartered little gem lettuces and roasted red peppers. For a picnic, pack food in sealable containers. Serve with ciabatta.
