    Sunday roast cocktail

    • 1 tbsp Granulated sugar
    • 100ml Spiced rum
    • 20ml lemon juice
    • 30ml Apple juice
    • 30ml Pineapple juice
    • 2 Rosemary sprigs


    1. Put the sugar in a heatproof jug. Stir with 1 tbsp boiling water until dissolved. Add the rum and fruit juices.
    2. Pour the mixture over a handful of ice in a cocktail shaker or another glass and then strain into a tumbler. Garnish with rosemary.
