    Sweet and Sour Hoki

    Perfectly balanced.

    • Cooking time: 10 minutes
    • Total time: 20 minutes 20 minutes

    Serves: 4

    Ingredients

    • 4 Frozen Prime Hoki Fillets
    • 1 red pepper
    • 220g can whole water chestnuts
    • 150g broccoli
    • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
    • 450g Perfectly Balanced Sweet and Sour Cooking Sauce

    Method

    1. Defrost 4 Frozen Prime Hoki Fillets, following the pack instructions. Thinly slice 1 red pepper, drain and slice a 220g can whole water chestnuts and cut 150g broccoli into small florets. Grill the hoki according to the pack instructions.
    2. Meanwhile heat 1 tbsp vegetable oil in a wok and stir-fry the vegetables for 1-2 minutes. Pour in a 450g jar Perfectly Balanced Sweet and Sour Cooking Sauce, cover and simmer for 2-3 minutes until the vegetables are just tender. Pour the sauce over the fish and serve with rice or noodles.
