    Sweet Chilli Stir-Fry Chicken

    Ingredients

    • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
    • 300g pack Waitrose Chicken 2 Breast Fillets
    • 400g green pak choi
    • 100ml Sweet Chilli Stir Fry Sauce
    • 250g Microwave Long Grain Rice
    • Roasted Cashew nuts, to serve

    Method

    1. Heat 1 tbsp vegetable oil in a wok until very hot. Stir-fry 300g pack Waitrose Chicken 2 Breast Fillets, sliced into strips, for 4-5 minutes, until thoroughly cooked. Add 2 x 200g packs green pak choi, cut into quarters lengthways, and cook for 2-3 minutes.
    2. Add a 100ml pack Waitrose Sweet Chilli Stir Fry Sauce and cook for a further minute. Serve with a 250g pack Waitrose Microwave Long Grain Rice, cooked according to pack instructions. Serve, scattered with roasted cashew nuts.
