    Sweet Mascarpone Cream With Torta Biscuits

    A 10 minute dessert you can prepare in advance

    Serves: 4

    Ingredients

    • 4 tbsp caster sugar
    • 1 egg
    • 140ml whipping cream
    • 1 extra egg yolk
    • 250g tub Galbani Santa Lucia Mascarpone
    • 2 tbsp Marsala dessert wine
    • To Serve:
    • Grated dark chocolate
    • Ines Rosales Sweet Torta Biscuits

    Method

    1. Place 4 tbsp caster sugar, 1 egg, plus 1 extra egg yolk in a bowl and whisk, using a hand-held electric mixer, until it forms soft ribbons. Add a 250g tub Galbani Santa Lucia Mascarpone and 2 tbsp Marsala dessert wine to the egg mixture. In a separate bowl, whisk 140ml whipping cream until it forms soft peaks, then fold into the mascarpone to form the sweet cream. Pour the cream mixture into individual serving bowls and scatter with grated dark chocolate. Serve with Ines Rosales Sweet Torta Biscuits.
