Turkey & ham pasties

500g Cooks’ Ingredients All Butter Puff Pastry, thawed
Plain flour, for dusting
200g Waitrose Cooked Turkey Breast, diced
½ x 450g pack Waitrose Cheddar Mash
3 slices Waitrose Dry Cured British Honey Roast Ham, roughly chopped
2 tbsp essential Waitrose Wholegrain Mustard
1 free range egg, beaten
1. Heat the oven to 200ºC, gas mark 6. Cut each pastry block in half, then on a lightly floured surface, roll out to make 4 x 18cm squares.
2. Mix together the turkey, mash, ham and mustard and place a quarter of the mixture in the centre of each square.
3. Dampen the edges and pull the corners up so they meet in the centre, then firmly press the edges together to seal.
4. Transfer to a large lined, baking sheet, brush with some of the egg and bake for 20-25 minutes until risen, dark golden and heated right through. Serve warm or at room temperature.
