    Ingredients

    • Ginger
    • An orange-fleshed melon

    Method

    1. Ginger fights nausea and orange-fleshed melon is full of betacarotene, essential for those bleary eyes. Remove peel and pips from a large slice of ripe melon. Chop roughly. Grate fresh ginger to taste and whizz the lot in a blender until smooth.
