Tortelloni Bake with Gorgonzola

This is a special but very quick supper dish for two, and can be prepared and cooked in half an hour. It is made using fresh pasta and rich, creamy Gorgonzola sauce (look out for them in the chiller cabinets). Team the dish with a simple salad.
Serve with a peppery salad, such as Waitrose Watercress, Rocket & Spinach Salad.
