    Tuna with egg fried rice

    • Low Fat
    • Total time: 10 minutes

    Serves: 2

    Ingredients

    2 tsp toasted sesame oil
    350g pack Waitrose Oriental Egg Fried Rice
    150g frozen peas, defrosted
    25g toasted flaked almonds
    2 tbsp chopped coriander
    2 tbsp Thai sweet chilli sauce
    240g pack Waitrose 2 Tuna Steaks
     

    Method

    1. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the egg fried rice, peas and almonds for 2-3 minutes. Stir in the coriander and 1 tbsp chilli sauce.

    2. Meanwhile, brush the tuna with a little oil and griddle for 1-2 minutes each side, or according to taste.

    2. Serve the tuna with the rice and drizzle with the remaining chilli sauce.
