Using an alternative pasta such as penne, this recipe could be served cold as a salad. You can also add chopped black olives and halved cherry tomatoes. For a lower-fat alternative, use a can of tuna in spring water.
Grillo is a wonderful Italian grape that’s often great value. Birgi Grillo IGT, Sicily is subtly aromatic to suit the basil, with lovely citrus fruit flavours – perfect!
