Tuna & butter bean pate with melba toast

2 x 200g cans essential Waitrose Tuna Steak in Olive Oil, drained
400g can essential Waitrose Butter Beans, drained
100g essential Waitrose Low Fat Natural Yogurt
100g essential Waitrose Reduced Fat Soft Cheese with Garlic & Herbs
1 x ½ 25g pack fresh basil, shredded
6 slices essential Waitrose White Thick Sliced Bread
1. Place the tuna, butter beans, yogurt and soft cheese in a food processor and blend until smooth. Season and stir in the basil.
2. Toast the bread, cut in half (to make thin slices). Cut each into triangles, place under the grill (untoasted side uppermost) until golden. Serve with the pâté.
