1 pack essential Waitrose 4 Baking Potatoes
2 x 200g can essential Waitrose Tuna Steak in Spring Water, drained
1 essential Waitrose Red Pepper, finely diced
150g essential Waitrose Half Fat Mayonnaise
50g Waitrose Pitted Black Olives in Brine, roughly chopped
250g bag essential Waitrose Mixed Salad, to serve (optional)
1. Preheat the oven to 220˚C, gas mark 7. Prick the potatoes and microwave for 10 minutes. Bake in the oven for 20 minutes until cooked.
2. Mix together the remaining ingredients except the salad and season. Serve in the potatoes with a handful of mixed salad.
