Don't save turkey just for Christmas. Try the succulent organic hand-carved turkey available from the service counter. It's perfect for summer lunches, picnics and packed lunches.
If you don't intend eating the turkey on the day it is purchased, ask the sales assistant to cut it in one piece so that you can then carve just before serving. This will ensure that none of the flavour is lost.
Cut some of the turkey into cubes and toss with freshly boiled new potatoes. Serve on a bed of chicory and dress with Waitrose Wild Cranberry Sauce and freshly snipped chives.
