Turkey & chick pea burgers

400g can essential Waitrose Chick Peas, drained
2 tbsp essential Waitrose Clear Honey
1 tbsp Belazu Rose Harissa
500g pack essential Waitrose British Turkey Thigh Mince
1 tbsp essential Waitrose Vegetable Oil
1 Pack of essential Waitrose 4 White Giant Baps
4 tbsp essential Waitrose Half Fat Mayonnaise
100g bag essential Waitrose Mixed Salad
1. Place the chick peas, honey and harissa into a food processor and blitz to a coarse paste. Tip into a large bowl and mix in the turkey mince. Season and mould into 4 burgers.
2. Heat the oil in a large frying pan and fry the burgers for 14-15 minutes, turning occasionally until cooked through (with no pink meat) and slightly caramelised.
3. Slice the baps, spread on the mayonnaise, top with a burger and serve with mixed salad.
