    Twisted Bloody Mary

    Tomatoes contain lycopene, which can help fight some cancers, plus beta-carotene and vitamin E, antioxidants that help protect against the signs of ageing.

    Serves: 2


    • 1 lime, halved lengthways
    • 6 ice cubes
    • ½ x 20g pack fresh coriander, roughly chopped
    • 300ml Waitrose Pressed Tomato Juice
    • 4 tbsp vodka (optional)


    1. Squeeze the juice of ½ the lime into a blender or food processor and add the ice cubes and coriander. Process for 1-2 minutes until the ice is roughly crushed. Add the tomato juice and vodka, season with freshly ground black pepper and briefly pulse to combine. Serve in tumblers, garnished with the remaining lime cut into wedges.
