    Vodka Cocktails 2

The traditional way to enjoy Russian vodka is ice-cold and neat. For a refreshing alternative try one of our cocktails.

    Serves: 4

    • Razberi Fizz
    • 100ml Stolichnaya Razberi Vodka
    • 100ml raspberry coulis
    • 1½ very ripe peaches, skinned and puréed
    • 400ml sparkling wine, chilled
    • Vodka Limeade
    • 200ml Stolichnaya Vodka
    • Juice of 3 limes, halves reserved
    • 60g caster sugar
    • Pinch of salt
    • Vodka Negroni
    • 200ml Stolichnaya Vodka
    • 100ml Waitrose Bianco (Italian vermouth)
    • 100ml Campari

    1. Vodka Negroni: Place all the ingredients in a jug and stir well. Pour into glasses, top with ice cubes and decorate with orange slices.
    2. Razberi Fizz: Place 8-12 ice cubes in a jug, add the vodka, raspberry coulis and peach purée and stir to combine. Strain into glasses, top up with wine and decorate with fresh raspberries.
    3. Vodka Limeade: Place the squeezed lime halves in a heatproof bowl with the sugar and 375ml boiling water, leave to infuse for 15 minutes. Add the salt, give the mixture a stir and strain into a jug. Add the lime juice, vodka and 4 ice cubes, cover and refrigerate for 2 hours. Serve with extra ice and lime wedges.
