    Wake-up shake

    This breakfast in a glass provides slow release energy for the whole morning. It makes a great alternative to cereal and it’s perfect before a morning run!

    Serves: 2


    • 2 tbsp clear honey
    • 50g porridge oats
    • 2 small bananas, roughly chopped
    • 350ml skimmed milk


    1. Place 2 tbsp clear honey, 50g porridge oats, 2 small bananas, roughly chopped, and 350ml skimmed milk in a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth and serve immediately.
