    Warm Asian Mushroom Salad

    Serves: 2

    Ingredients

    • 150g pack shiitake mushrooms
    • 4 x finely sliced salad onions
    • 2 x finely sliced cloves of garlic
    • 1 tbsp groundnut oil
    • 150g bamboo shoots
    • 50 ml Shaoxing Rice Wine
    • 3 tbsp Oyster Sauce
    • ½ x 200g bag spinach leaves
    • Cluster of Enoki mushrooms
    • Cluster of Buna-shimeji mushrooms
    • Fine Egg Noodles, to serve
