    Warm Cannellini Beans with Garlic and Parsley

    This is one of the simplest side dishes you'll ever come across.

    Serves: 6

    Ingredients

    • 3 x 410g cans cannellini beans
    • 2 tsp ready-chopped garlic
    • 1 bunch flat leaf parsley, roughly chopped
    • 100ml extra virgin olive oil
    • Salt and freshly ground black pepper

    Method

    1. Drain the beans in a colander, rinse and drain again. Transfer to a pan and gently stir in the garlic, parsley and olive oil. Heat gently until warmed through. Season and serve warm.
